Directions to use;
For best results, damp a towel with hot water and squeeze the water out, slowly pat on the massaging surface with the hot towel before application of the oil.
Then, take some oil to hand and apply on skin while massaging.
For external use only
Can be applied;
Right behind the ears,
on neck area,
on legs,
hands,
dorsal area,
on for head and chest.
Apply two times a day for best results.
