Coriander , Chili, Garlic, Turmeric, Curry leaves, Cumin, Ginger, Clove, Pepper, Coconut, Cinnamon, Fenugreek, Mustard, Lemon grass, Fennel, Cardamom, Screw pine, rice
Method of use (No additional condiments needed)
Marinate 250g of meat with 2 teaspoons of curry mix. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Stir fry 1 union (Finely chopped ) Add the meat and stir fry till lightly brown.
Then stir in 1 cup of thick coconut milk or yoghurt and simmer to desired consistency of gravy add salt to taste
